The American Skating Rink Association (formerly STAR) is a non-profit national membership organization serving individuals, facilities and suppliers in the skating rink and arena industries. Established in 2000 by the US Figure Skating and the American Hockey Association, the joint purpose is to meet the needs of U.S. skating facility owners and operators.
