The Christian Community Center of the Brethren in Kladno is located in the town of Kladno, a suburb of Prague, Czech Republic. Designed by QARTA Architektura, the center was completed in 2022. In this project, U glass is applied to the skylight section.

Architects adopted a steel-structured U glass skylight, making it a distinctive element for both the exterior and interior perception of the building. Positioned along the axis of the entrance, the skylight defines the spatial focal point. It concentrates and further diffuses light, creating unique light and shadow effects that fill the interior space with a sacred and serene atmosphere. Meanwhile, the use of U glass also endows the building with a sense of modernity and a lightweight, transparent visual effect, which is consistent with the overall modern minimalist aesthetic style of the structure.
