Vivo’s global headquarters uses U Profile Glass.

vivo-uglass5The design concept of vivo’s Global Headquarters is advanced, aiming to create “a miniature humanistic city in a garden”. Upholding traditional humanistic spirit, it is equipped with ample public activity spaces and supporting facilities to meet employees’ diverse needs. The project comprises 9 buildings, including a main office building, a laboratory building, a comprehensive building, 3 tower apartments, a reception center, and 2 parking buildings. These structures are organically connected via a corridor system, forming rich indoor spaces, terraces, courtyards, plazas, and parks. This design not only improves space utilization efficiency but also provides employees with a comfortable working and living environment.vivo-uglass1
The total land area of vivo’s Global Headquarters project is approximately 270,000 square meters, with the total construction area of the first phase across two plots reaching 720,000 square meters. Once completed, the project can accommodate 7,000 people for office use. Its design fully considers transportation convenience and internal fluidity; through rational layout and the corridor system, it ensures convenient movement for employees between different buildings. In addition, the project is equipped with sufficient parking facilities, including 2 parking buildings, to meet the parking needs of employees and visitors.vivo-uglass2
In terms of material selection, vivo’s Global Headquarters adopts perforated metal panels and U Profile Glass louvers to create a “light” texture. These materials not only boast good weather resistance and aesthetics but also effectively regulate indoor light and temperature, enhancing the building’s comfort and energy-saving performance. Moreover, the building’s facade design is concise and modern; through the combination of different materials and detailed handling, it showcases vivo’s brand image and innovative spirit.vivo-uglass3
The landscape design of the project is equally outstanding, aiming to build a campus filled with natural ambiance and humanistic care. The campus features multiple courtyards, plazas, and parks, planted with abundant vegetation, providing employees with spaces for leisure and relaxation. Furthermore, the landscape design fully considers integration with the buildings; through the arrangement of water features, footpaths, and green belts, it creates a pleasant working and living environment.vivo-uglass4
